Chest, Hips, Spine, Breath, and Focus are areas of concern for most golfers. In addition to balance, we need rotational strength and stability in our core, and hip and shoulder separation to drive the ball further. This course is available in private or group instruction.

Yoga for Injury Recovery and Joint Replacement Recovery will help increase strength and mobility while promoting relaxation. Older adults struggling with health issues or balance can benefit from this style of Yoga as it's a safe and gentle way to improve mobility, boost mood, and enhance mental clarity.
A Women's Circle is based on the Lunar Cycle and allows us to set intentions with the full moon and let go of things that are holding us back with the new moon. The Lunar Abundance Women's Circle will be held twice per month locally in Palm Harbor and will include mediation.
Vinyasa is a style of Yoga that connects breath to the body. We move from pose to pose using our breath to help balance the body and focus our minds. Those new to Yoga will find Vinyasa to be relaxing yet energizing, and will be instructed to go into Child's Pose anytime a position becomes too challenging.
This practice combines floor-based, passive, and longer-held positions combined with guided meditation to allow for the body and mind to completely relax. Yin Yoga targets ligaments, joints, and fascia and helps improve circulation and mobility.
Hatha Yoga connects breath, body, and mind through a series of slow and controlled movements and stretches. Unlike Yin Yoga, Hatha involves energetic standing poses and can be challenging at times. Beginners can enjoy Hatha and will be instructed to modify poses as needed.

After taking the Yoga For Golfers series, golfers will pay $10 per class for group instruction at the Dunedin location or designated Golf Course.

A twice monthly class based on new moon and full moon dates, and focused on Circadian Rhythm. 90-minutes with meditation.
One-on-one sessions at client's chosen location.
This 5-session rate will offer beginners a great foundation in Yoga and allow those with experience to take their practice to new heights.
Per class pricing is not recommended for beginner students. Those with experience in Yoga can pay $75 per 60-minute session.
