Chest, Hips, Spine, Breath, and Focus are areas of concern for most golfers. In addition to balance, we need rotational strength and core stability along with hip and shoulder separation to drive the ball further. This course is available in private or group instruction.
This practice combines floor-based, passive, and longer-held positions combined with guided meditation to allow for the body and mind to completely relax. Yin Yoga targets ligaments, joints, and fascia and helps improve circulation and mobility.
Hatha Yoga connects breath, body, and mind through a series of slow and controlled movements and stretches. Unlike Yin Yoga, Hatha involves energetic standing poses and can be challenging at times. Beginners can enjoy Hatha and will be instructed to modify poses as needed.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It involves modified versions of traditional poses, focusing on stretching, strengthening, and improving flexibility while promoting relaxation and mindfulness.

This 5-session rate will offer beginners a great foundation in yoga and allow those with experience to take their practice to new heights.
Per-class pricing is not recommended for beginner students. Those with experience in yoga can pay $75 per 60-minute session.
