Almost Cruise Time!
We are getting ready to cruise. We are a couple weeks away from sailing and the excitement is building. I will be doing live recordings and posting those when I return so if you were not able to join in the fun, No worries I will be bringing those videos to this website and U Tube upon the return of the Voyage.

Have you ever attended a Womens Circle Focused on the energy of the Full Moon?
Please RSVP for our first Womens Circle at the Dunedin Commons Apartments where I teach weekly.
If you have wanted to get together with like minded Women who have a passion for Yoga and a passion for Moon Mantra's , come have a blast with us on Friday January 26 at 5:30 pm on the patio weather permitting. We will begin with a moon mediation, moon cycle discussions and fitness themed activities. Beginners are welcome but this is a Women's circle so please only Lady Bugs.
